These Terms apply to the interim IndianArtists.co.in website. This site currently functions as a lead-collection and artist-onboarding portal while the full marketplace platform is being built.

1) Interim nature of the website

Submitting a requirement or application does not guarantee availability of an artist or a specific price. Quotes, timelines, and deliverables depend on the final scope and the artist’s availability.

2) Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information (deadline, city, usage, references) to avoid rework.
Do not submit content that infringes copyrights or violates applicable laws.
For commercial usage, confirm the scope of rights needed (web/print/ads) upfront.

3) Artist responsibilities

Provide accurate portfolio links and truthful representation of work.
Follow milestone approvals to avoid surprises and rework.
Communicate timelines, constraints, and material needs clearly.

4) Rights & usage

Rights vary based on service type. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the artist retains authorship. Commercial usage must be explicitly agreed, including scope, duration, and platforms.

5) Refusal of requests

We may refuse requests or applications that involve illegal activity, hate content, explicit harmful content, or clear infringement of intellectual property rights.

6) Limitation

This interim site is provided “as is”. We aim to facilitate matching and process clarity, but final delivery depends on the agreed scope and the artist’s execution.
